How do I qualify to join the construction financing pool?

To join, you need to own land and provide details about the type of home you want to build. We’ll assess your project to ensure it fits our construction and financing model. You will need to provide evidence that you can make the monthly payment,

What happens if I don’t own land yet?

Our program is designed for any one that wants to be homeowners, If you don’t have land yet you can still join, you will let us know what your possible choice location is and we will hep you in securing the land and build on it.

How do you decide whose home gets built each month?

Each month, we select 2 to 3 projects from the pool of 100 participants. The allocation is based on a fair and transparent process, such as order of enrollment or project readiness (e.g., finalized designs and permits). You’ll know your approximate timeline after joining.

What if I miss a monthly payment?

Consistency is key to keeping the pool system running smoothly for everyone. If you miss a payment, we’ll work with you to find a solution, but repeated delays could affect your project’s priority in the construction queue. Contact us immediately if you foresee any issues.

Can I customize my home design?

Yes! You provide the details of what you want to build, and we’ll work with you to ensure your home meets your vision, as long as it aligns with our construction capabilities and budget framework.

How long will I wait for my home to be built?

To start we will build 2-3 homes completed each month but because our plan is 500 houses in a year we would soon speed up to more house delivered in a month. in a pool of 100 participants, the maximum wait time is 4 months (just over 4 years), though many will be built sooner. Once your project is selected, construction takes just 8 weeks to complete.

What does the 10-year tenure mean?

The 10-year tenure is the duration of the financing repayment plan. You’ll contribute 209,000 Naira monthly for 10 years, regardless of when your home is built, to ensure the pool funds construction for all participants.

Is the construction quality guaranteed?

Absolutely. As an experienced construction company, we pride ourselves on delivering high- quality homes within 8 weeks. Your home will meet industry standards and your specifications, backed by our expertise.

Can I pay more to get my home built faster?

The pool system is designed for fairness, so additional payments won’t speed up your specific project. However, your additional payment will help you greatly by reducing your tenure. your monthly contributions ensure steady progress for the entire group, and everyone gets their home within the program’s timeline.

What happens after my home is built?

Once your home is completed, you’ll continue making the 209,000 Naira monthly contribution until the 10-year tenure ends. This supports the construction of other homes in the pool, just as their contributions helped fund yours.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The 209,000 Naira monthly contribution covers both financing and construction costs. Any additional costs (e.g., permits or custom features beyond the standard plan) will be discussed upfront during project assessment.
